Crystal is STG Building's Office Manager. She keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She oversees administration, accounts, documentation and client communication, so the site team can focus on building and every project is supported by well-organised systems and clear information.

The link between office and site

Construction projects involve a lot of moving parts beyond what happens on site. Crystal coordinates the people, paperwork and processes that keep each project on track. She works closely with the builder, Site Manager, estimating team and designer so information flows quickly and accurately, from first enquiry through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

Office and business administration Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and keeping systems, records and procedures organised and up to date.
Accounts and invoicing Handling progress claims, invoices, supplier accounts and payments accurately and on time.
Contracts and documentation Preparing and managing building contracts, variations, warranties and project records.
Insurance and compliance Keeping home building insurance, licences, policies and compliance documents current and properly filed.
Supplier and subcontractor administration Maintaining accounts, paperwork and communication with suppliers and trades.
Scheduling and coordination Organising meetings, appointments and project information for the team and clients.
