Therese

Therese is STG Building's Designer. She brings a creative eye and close attention to detail to every project, and she plays a key role in shaping how each home and development looks, feels and functions. Her designs start with what the client wants and end with plans that can be built well.

Design

A creative eye

Therese's design work combines good aesthetics with good sense. She has a natural feel for proportion, layout, light and materials, and she uses it to create spaces that are attractive, comfortable and suited to the way people actually live. From single homes and granny flats to multi-dwelling developments, she makes each design feel considered, cohesive and built to last.

Precision

Attention to detail

In building design, small details make the biggest difference. Therese is known for her precise, thorough approach. She carefully reviews layouts, dimensions, finishes and specifications so that every element works together. That precision means fewer surprises on site, smoother approvals and a finished result that matches what the client imagined.

Process

Her role on every project

Therese works on each project from the first idea through to construction:

Concept design Turning client briefs and ideas into practical, well-planned design concepts.
Floor plans and layouts Making the most of space, flow and natural light while meeting site and budget constraints.
Finishes and selections Guiding clients through materials, colours, fixtures and finishes to achieve a cohesive look.
Design for approvals Preparing designs that meet planning controls, building codes and council requirements.
Collaboration with the build team Working closely with the builder and site team so the design can be built as intended.

Clients

Working with clients

Therese believes good design starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each client's lifestyle, priorities and budget, and she explains design options clearly so clients can make decisions with confidence. Her friendly, collaborative approach makes the design stage one of the most rewarding parts of the building journey.

Commitment

Committed to quality

Therese shares STG Building's commitment to superior quality construction, delivered beyond expectation. Her creativity and attention to detail help make sure every STG Building project is as well designed as it is well built.
